Acquisition strengthens DataMaaS’s AI Enabled Analytics offering with a decision-intelligence layer built to pressure-test strategy, not just report it

DataMaaS, the pioneer of Metrics as a Service, today announced it has acquired Revan, the AI strategic-consulting system, from Nurithm. Effective immediately, Revan becomes Revan Analytics by DataMaaS, and Nurithm founder and Revan creator Matthew Tam joins DataMaaS as Director of Business Development & AI Strategy.
DataMaaS unifies data from across the enterprise into one trusted version of the truth — delivered as a service, not another tool to manage — so its clients spend their time using their numbers instead of chasing them. Revan extends that promise from measurement into judgment: an AI consulting system designed to structure strategy, pressure-test decisions, and tell leaders what holds up rather than what is merely comfortable.

The acquisition integrates Revan’s decision-intelligence capabilities directly into the DataMaaS AI Enabled Analytics platform, pairing trusted data with a system built to interrogate it. Existing Revan customers will transfer to DataMaaS and continue the same exceptional service they received from Nurithm, now with the enhanced capabilities of the DataMaaS platform behind them.
