YOUR ANALYST AND STRATEGIST, ON DEMAND

Ask Revan.

Pressure-test the decision before you make it.

Bring Revan a decision your business is weighing — a price increase, a margin that has slipped, a customer you cannot afford to lose, a part you are not sure you should still be buying. WHAT REVAN IS

Your answer is only as good as where it came from.

Today's AI is built to sound right, not to be right. It will give you a confident answer to almost anything, and it will not tell you which parts it made up to get there. That is fine when the stakes are low. It is not fine when you are the one who has to stand behind the decision.

Revan is built the other way around. It runs on frontier AI inside a set of rules that make it check its own work and show it to you.

Revan is the AI analytics module of the DataMaaS Platform: an analyst and a strategist in one, built to sharpen your judgment, not replace it. The decision stays yours.

CLIENT STORIES

In the words of Revan users.

Proposals now take hours instead of days. Research is conducted in minutes rather than hours. … We’ve taken on bigger, more valuable clients as a result. … Subscribing to Revan has grown our revenue and our margin.

MarkFounder, Verace BA

I found that the board debate is stronger, it’s better informed and that as a board we are operating at a different level thanks to what Revan is able to bring in a relatively short space of time.

Working with Revan has really turbo-powered my productivity and clarity. … You really can start motoring in a way that I was not able to before.

WHAT REVAN DOES

What you get with every answer.

Two jobs in every answer: the analyst works out what is true, and the strategist recommends what to do about it.

Stress-tested before you see it

Revan argues against its own conclusion before it hands it to you. You get the version that held up, along with the strongest objection to it, so you can weigh both.

The answer first

The call comes in the first line, then the evidence, the caveat and the next step. Read one line and act, or read the rest when you need it.

Straight talk, with the reasoning

When the premise has a problem, Revan tells you plainly and shows you why, so you can fix the plan while it is still cheap to fix.

Every figure accounted for

Revan works from what it actually knows, and tells you when it is inferring rather than knowing, so you can judge the answer properly.

THE TEN PERSPECTIVES

Ten perspectives on every decision.

A large company answers a hard question by walking it around the building: legal, finance, operations, HR, communications. Revan makes that walk on every analytical answer, in one pass, whether or not you have those people to ask.

Data integrity

Source fit, definitions and basis, completeness and coverage, comparability, provenance, defects.

Financial

Margin, cash, pricing, commercial model, unit economics, financial survivability; period comparability, scaling, and the reading of ratios and growth.

Legal & compliance

Regulatory, contractual, privacy, safety, and duty-of-care exposure; jurisdiction.

Operational

Feasibility, capacity, resourcing, timeline realism, delivery risk.

People & change

Morale, attrition, leadership depth; change readiness, adoption sequencing, transformation load, rollout resistance.

Stakeholder & communications

How the audience will read it: reception, tone, optics; trust, status or ego threat, resistance, what will persuade.

Market & competitive

Market dynamics, competitor response, customer sentiment, switching risk.

Reputational & ESG

Public reputation, ESG optics, activism, regulator visibility, legitimacy.

Strategic

Strategic fit, long-term positioning, defensibility, competitive advantage, alignment with objectives.

Innovation

Innovation feasibility, differentiation of the offer, horizon fit, technology and disruption risk.

The ten are the standard on purpose. The uncomfortable question always gets asked, even when nobody in the room wants to raise it, and two people asking the same question get the same thorough review. When you want a quick read, say so: “only Legal and Financial.”

Thirteen specialist Skills supply the methods behind them. See the perspectives and Skills.

SEE IT WORK

One question, one answer, nothing hidden.

No data for this one. Just a question, and the facts you already know about your own business.

We are planning a 6% price increase on our mid-tier line. Which customers do we lose, and is the margin worth it?

The call

Six percent probably holds across most of the book — but not evenly, and the accounts most likely to walk are the ones you would least want to lose. Take it selectively: steeper where switching is painful, flat where it is not. That earns more margin than a flat 6%, at the cost of a more complicated price book and customers who may compare notes.

The evidence

The volumes, current margins and competitive position you described, and your own read on which customers are actively price-shopping. None of it is pulled from your systems.

The caveat

Two things would move this answer, and neither is knowable from here: whether your closest competitor is about to move on price, and what switching actually costs each account in downtime and requalification.

The next step

Rank the mid-tier book by switching cost, not by revenue, and decide the volume loss you would accept before you announce anything. Then take the increase to your three most price-sensitive accounts first, quietly — their reaction is your best early read on the rest of the book.

OTHER QUESTIONS PEOPLE BRING

  • We are quoting a large contract at a thinner margin to win the account. Is that a mistake?
  • Should we make this component, or keep buying it?
  • One customer is 30% of our revenue. What do we do about it?
  • We are looking at a bolt-on acquisition. What would have to be true for it to work?
  • We think we are underpricing our service work but cannot prove it. How would we find out?
  • Our best salesperson wants a different comp plan. What does that do to margin?

WHO IT IS FOR

Built for the people who have to stand behind the decision.

Large companies have an analyst down the hall and a strategy function to argue with. Everywhere else, the person weighing the decision is usually the person who has to deliver on it, advised by people who already have a stake in the answer.

Revan is the second opinion with no stake in the outcome, available the moment you need it.

Consultants and advisors use it to structure a client’s decision, test the reasoning and set out a recommendation the client can act on, so one person can take on more client work without lowering the standard.

  • Manufacturers and distributors
  • Managed service providers
  • Private equity firms and their portfolio companies
  • Commercial real estate brokers
  • Consultants and advisory firms
  • Owner-operated and family-owned businesses
  • Fractional executives and interim leadership

WHY THE DATAMAAS PLATFORM

Somewhere for Revan to work.

A general AI assistant gives you a conversation. The DataMaaS Platform gives Revan your data, your files and your team, under your rules.

Revan works where your information is

Your governed data, your files, your projects and your Data Room sit together in the DataMaaS Platform. Revan works on them where they are, not in a chat window you paste spreadsheets into.

Everyone sees only what they should

Entitlements apply to every user at three levels: tables, rows and columns. Roll Revan out across the company without opening everything up to everyone.

A Data Room for the files that matter

Deal documents, financials and diligence files in encrypted folders, with access set folder by folder and every view and download logged. Revan reads the files where they are, with the folder structure intact.

Projects your team works from together

Upload files and instructions once and share the project with colleagues in your company, so everyone works from the same material. Everyone a project is shared with sees every file in it.

Dashboards, decks and deal work

Interactive dashboards you can share, PowerPoint decks, Word reports and Excel workbooks in your company’s look, board papers, contract review and deal analysis are all part of every subscription.

Your platform, under your name

Run the platform under your own name, logo, colors and web address: for employees, in line with your brand standards, or for clients you invite in to see their data, exchange files and, if you choose, use Revan.

TWO WAYS TO USE IT

Bring a decision, or bring your data.

One Revan Analytics subscription covers both. The same reasoning either way: the ten perspectives, the stress test, the same four-part answer. Either way, the platform is SOC 2 Type II attested, and nothing you ask is used to train AI.

Strategist

Bring a decision

Weigh the call before you make it

Tell Revan what you know about your business and the decision in front of you — a price change, a big quote, make or buy — and add a spreadsheet or document if it helps. It works the decision through all ten perspectives and comes back with a recommendation, the strongest objection to it, and the next step.

  • Start with a two-line brief
  • Upload spreadsheets and documents any time
  • Every decision tested from ten perspectives
  • A recommendation with its reasoning attached

Analyst

Bring your data

Your numbers, read the way your business reads them

Your data is brought into a governed data layer in the DataMaaS Platform — your data, your Business Definitions and your permissions in one place. Ask in plain English and Revan answers from there: what moved, why it moved, and what to do about it, with the evidence behind every figure.

  • Refreshed on the schedule you set
  • Every figure tied to its source
  • Answers on your Business Definitions
  • Read-only, under your entitlements
